Starters

Chicken and Chorizo Croquettes 
Handmade croquettes with chicken and chorizo in panko breadcrumbs served with a mango and sweetcorn salsa.
Pairs well with; Mont Rocher Viognier (white) Calusuri Pinot Noir (Red)

Red Onion Tarte Tatin 
Served with balsamic blue cheese cream, toasted focaccia and basil oil.

Smoked Salmon Duo 
Smoked salmon with cream cheese, a scotch egg, served with sliced smoked salmon, toasted ciabatta, finely sliced beetroot and pickled veg.

Main Course


Beef and Red Wine Casserole 
Select cuts of beef in a rich red wine and juniper gravy with dumplings served with seasonal veg and sourdough bread and butter.
Pairs well with; Bella Modella Primitivo (Red) Belhara Estate Malbec (Red)

Pan-Fried Seabass
Served in a clam and white wine cream, with pan-fried potato spheres, spinach and freshly sliced apple.
Pairs well with; Fabrizio Vella Organic unfiltered Catarratto (White)

Chicken Ballotine 
With a cranberry and camembert stuffing, wrapped in streaky bacon, served with a bacon and spring onion hash cake, buttered kale and sage gravy.

Sweet Potato and Ricotta Pathivier
Puff pastry filled with roasted sweet potato and ricotta, served with roasted new potatoes and a tomato and basil sauce.

Fish and chips
Freshly beer-battered cod with seasoned chunky chips, peas, tartar sauce and grilled Lemon.
