Indoors is open - May 17th

Updated: May 17, 2021

Well done to everyone who has followed the government guidance and joined us for a busy month on the roof terrace. Now we're on to the next step.

The government have confirmed that from the 17th of May we can open the doors to our indoor areas once more.

You can now book a table for any area of the building, though there are different rules for different locations, so here's what you need to know!

If you would like to dine with us and enjoy our fantastic food menu, you can do so on the roof terrace or join us in our dining area. To ease the pressure on the kitchen team, who have been working tirelessly over the past month, we won't be serving food in the bar area; these tables will be for drinks only initially.

Our weekly quiz held every Wednesday is returning along with our Friday and Saturday night live music. You'll have to be inside the pub to take part in the quiz or enjoy the music, so please select a bar or a dining table, though the bar tables will still be drinks only on these nights.

The rule of six still applies inside the pub, a maximum table size of six people or two households, whichever is greater. We are allowing for two tables to be booked per group, though with the guidance, you will be treated as two separate tables, and whatever table you pick must be the table you stick to for the duration of your booking.

We are currently only allowing two tables of six to book up on the roof. We can be a little more relaxed now and allow table swapping but masks must still be worn if you do move from your table despite the fact that you are outside.

We are incredibly excited to welcome everyone back into our pub to eat, drink, enjoy some of London's best live cover musicians and Bexleys biggest Pub Quiz! We hope to see you soon!
